The style of my brand new master bathroom is a contemporary, Art Deco. Fixtures are satin nickel, in Kohler's Deco style. The tub, etc., is Kohler's Thunder Grey. Vanity is a glazed pale sage, floor is black granite, and tiled walls in a designer's very light grey-sage and slightly textured. I need a mirrored medicine cabinet, less than 36" wide, mirrored inside and out, with a mirrored back. I don't want wooden framing. Can you tell me where I would find such a cabinet? Thank you.

My upholstered kitchen chairs need to be recovered. I got one estimate of $40 per chair plus a pick up and delivery fee. Is this hard to do yourself? The chairs are a focal point and I don't want to mess them up. Any suggestions?

I have a two story center hall colonial mediterranean style home with a dark brick arched porch that runs the the front of the home on the right side.. The home is white stucco with tabacco brown wood trim. The roof is brown shingles. I want to paint the home a warmer color. I live in a conservative neighborhood in upstate NY where most of the homes are traditional colonials. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you very much.

Help! How do you design a family room, bedroom, and bath for a wheelchair-bound toddler while still maintaining functionality and style? We are putting an addition on for our little girl and have no idea how to design the space. It will eventually be a bedroom for her, but for the next couple of years, we are going to use it as a family room. It has to accommodate her getting around in a wheelchair. —Michele

HELP!!! I have a long living room that isn't very wide and I don't know what to do? Where do I put my sofa? Where do I put the TV? I don't have enough furniture for three conversation settings so I was wondering if there was another way to make a long room look cozy without having to use a lot of furniture (that I don't have). I'd like to be able to use it for our family room but still make it nice enough that it will work for company. Is that possible? Just let me know. Sincerely yours, Perpetually Perplexed

My home is a ranch, set in the woods. I have a great room with vaulted ceiling. My walls are teal green, carpet is rose, and woodwork, windows and banister is creamy white. The focal point of the room is the wall with the wood burning stove, nice brick mantle and hearth. Large windows on both sides of the fire place that over look a yard and acres of woods. My dilemma is how to accessorize the mantle and the wall above. The pipe to the stove is in the middle, going straight up and out the ceiling. My other issue is to update my teal painted walls to a new color and still keep the rose colored carpet. My room us 24 X 24 and the room gets a lot of natural lighting. This great room joins to my eat in kitchen so what ever I do in one room has to compliment the other. Thank you for your advice. Diann
